●RT 275 II Soft Sweets Auto-depositing Machine II works multi-function of soft sweets forming with glutin. This machine adopts all the advantages from the same machine abroad, and redesigned by us, which presents more compacted structure and convenient operation, equipped with PLC starting system with programed controller. It suits to the production of soft sweets depositing form line with the carrageenan, fruit glutin or glutin stuff.

●This machine especially makes some improvement for the defect of excessive waste and unstable production of the manual work. The production is just to feed the boiled and glutined syrup into the depositing tank, matched with relative moulds and fix the proper depositing position, and then being ready to start the continuously depositing production, which reduces the labor density and enhances the productivity. This machine is also the best choice to keep your production quality.

●The materials of main parts from this machine are of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, Super Engineering resin (PA), Cu casted parts. They are all sanitation standard for food and anti-rotting. The moulds are made of PC, the super engineering resin from the fixed supplier, GE. USA, which is authorized with FDA license. This machine can work for the moulds of 275 mm×175 mm, 275 mm×205 mm, （275 mm×185 mm×2 , single, double or hollow moulds.
